Yes. Two therapists arrive together and work side by side in the same room. Each person chooses their own pressure and focus area. It does not have to be a couple. Friends and family book it the same way.

Setup typically takes 10-15 minutes. Your therapist arrives a few minutes before the scheduled time to prepare the space so your treatment starts promptly.

It should feel intense, not painful. Intensity is a deep ache you can breathe through; pain is sharp and makes you tense up. If you tense up, the muscle guards and the session stops working. Tell your therapist and they adjust immediately.

Often mildly, for about a day, similar to the day after a good workout. Drink water and move gently. If soreness is sharp or lasts beyond two days, the pressure was too much and we want to know.
